As part of the Erasmus+ co-funded project A Year Better, IT Solutions For All, in collaboration with Arrabal-AID, organised a multiplier event in Málaga on 18 May 2026. The event brought together around 30 senior women from the Asociación Cultural de Mujeres Jazmín for an informative and engaging morning dedicated to lifelong learning and personal development.
The event took place in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, combining a breakfast gathering with a presentation of the project's objectives, activities, and main results. Participants had the opportunity to learn about the A Year Better platform and its resources, designed to support individuals in setting goals, developing new skills, and improving their wellbeing through accessible digital tools.
During the presentation, representatives from IT Solutions For All explained how the project promotes active participation, self-reflection, and continuous learning, encouraging people of all ages to take positive steps towards personal growth. Special attention was given to the project's user-friendly approach and the variety of resources available through the platform.
The participants showed great interest in the project and actively engaged in discussions about the importance of lifelong learning, digital inclusion, and maintaining an active role in society. The event received very positive feedback, with attendees expressing appreciation for the initiative and its practical value.
This multiplier event contributed to raising awareness of the A Year Better project among local communities and demonstrated the relevance of providing accessible educational opportunities for older adults.
The A Year Better project is co-funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ Programme and aims to support empowering seniors for enhanced digital skills, inclusion, and wellbeing, through innovative digital learning resources and self-assessment tools.
